nasty bank service disaster !!!
Horrible customer service. Can't deal with them. Nasty workers that usually don't pick up phones, and if they do, you would wish they also didn't pick up the phone. In middle of asking questions, they slammed the phone down. Please do a favor for yourself and use someone else,
Worst bank. I wish I could give negative five stars. No one to talk to. They knocked down the phone at me in middle of speaking. I recommend you to choose other banks.
If you made a charge and it doesn't reflect on your account don't worry you'll see it in a few weeks.. If you'll have an overdraft they'll punish you and put on hold every check you deposit for 5 days. They're still in business only because they don't have competition in kj! Eny bank who wants to beet them just have to accept 3rd party checks and the entire community will switch over.
