Great Service at NECB - Monroe Branch The team at the Monroe branch of NECB is fantastic! They made me feel welcomed and took care of everything I needed. A special shoutout to Conway/Monica for being incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend this branch for its excellent service!
When you called, there’s never an answer I came into the bank and opened an account. They said they would call me the next day to get me to come over and sign. They never called me I came back twice and the guy gave me real attitude and made me wait and didn’t serve me in the end These people give disgusting attitude for a bank If they apologies or changes, I would be happy to edit the review
I do not recommend this bank. They take money unjustly, I set the account to pay the required amount automatically so that no interest is paid, but unfortunately interest was calculated unjustly.
