Tiffany T, Senior Team Lead for Deposit Services, was an absolute pleasure to work with for an issue I was experiencing. The customer service at Northeast Bank is top notch!
Their "ableBanking" website advertises a 6-month CD rate of 5.3%, but if you have an existing 6-month CD that automatically renews, the rate is .05%. It's just a horribly, unethical practice. Closing my account because of this issue. Good riddance.
