You can surely expect the Northeast Bank Augusta branch to call the police on you twice if you’re carrying a gym duffel bag Into their bank even though it’s 8:40 am in the morning And the branch was supposed to be open at 8:30 and now it is 840 and the door is still locked closed. Would not have been an issue other than I had to be at a very important meeting at 9 AM half a mile up the road and I was walking. Not what I call customer service.

One of the best banking experiences I have ever had! Both tellers are very personable and helpful whenever I come in or call over the phone. I highly recommend banking with Northeast Bank!
