Northcross is a rough community. Since Quia joined the office, people have complained that she was mean. She’s the only one who genuinely cares about us. Unfortunately, Northcross can’t keep a community manager since Quia has improved. The young girls keep the bad company. They don’t care about their children. Kids are outside barefoot, and they don’t make sure their kids pick up the trash. Joseph, the maintenance guy, can fix anything.

Dont even waste your time. They told me i was approved, had me leaving work early to finish application process to get moved in and on Move In Day tell me i cant move in or apply to them again. Very unprofessional.

This complex is a joke! Living here for 9 yrs and this new management company has brought nothing but troubles our way. Granted the neighborhood has become quieter but the leasing staff and management company are rude and very unprofessional! They take it upon themselves to put anyone out just because and rarely provide residents with any notice as to why they’re being evicted terminated or harassed for paperwork. They need a new team ASAP!
