Excellent customer service!
I have been doing business with NorthCountry for years . I have had nothing but incredible over the top customer service !!!! The whole team is very polite , educated and informative. The bank is always clean and respectable. I've had accounts at many banks and by far this institution is excellent in every way . HUGE shout out to Kendra in the lending department . I have never met anybody that knowledgeable about lending . Kendra is a lending magician !!! HIGHLY recommend! I recently worked with Kendra to finance a new car .... read more
I've been with this bank for several years. I have had several issues with them over the years including depositing my money into the wrong accounts as well as denying credit card increases and personal loan requests when I have more than adequate credit and make a considerable amount more money than I ever had before when I was approved for loans and credit. I used to be able to apply for a loan and get approved usually in the same day. Now im lucky to hear back from them and when I do they want all kinds of information inc... read more
