Called today regarding my commercial account Spoke to Demetri Allen and was told I needed to prove I even had an account before a bank manager would return my call—despite being a customer for years. I appreciate security, but I was only requesting a call back, not moving money. Spoke to Tara Burke today and she was extremely unprofessional and rude about everything I was trying to ask her. I understand people have a bad day but there’s no reason to treat people in a negative manner. I never had a problem with north country bank staff is usually really nice and helpful. (Edit) Heather helped me dealt with the mixup she’s a good person. Ask to speak to Heather about all your banking questions!
