I paid gap insurance of $400 on a car loan I ended up canceling. I'm going on week three of not getting my refund. I feel like this bank just robbed me. I've been on and off the phone with different agents. Half of them don't even know what I'm talking about. I don't think your own bank should be robbing you of 400 dollars.
