Let's count the ways.. 1. Website is slow and antiquated. 2. Visa portal requires multiple attempts to open. A known issue by the folks at NCFCU for a couple of years now. 3. Revolving door of employees. Hard to trust a place that can't hang on to employees. 4. Decisions to help members are personal and YOU WILL be judged. Love doing our banking here I wish every bank was as friendly and offered the services that North Country does. The staff is awesome especially the manager Jami Blair, thank you for all you do for us!
Love banking here! I switched from community national and it is so much better! First time with a credit union and I’ll never go back! Their Kanasa accounts are awesome! The bet part though is the customer so service! The people working inside the bank and the people on the phone are so nice!
