Although my truck loan has a 10 day grace period, for some reason, northcoutry adds next months payments onto the current month, making it look like you owe 2 payments. No where does it say I only owed 1 months payment or gave me the option. Thanks, Northcoutry, for taking 2 months' worth of payments.
I had a disappointing experience at North Country Credit Union. The woman at the desk was incredibly rude and unprofessional, making what should have been a simple visit unnecessarily stressful. It's a shame that basic courtesy seems to be lacking here. I expect better from a financial institution and will be looking elsewhere for my banking needs.
Not a good experience at all. My Dad and I were treated like non entity's. The teller posing as a loan official was pompous and arrogant. 6 months ago, I would have given this place a shining and ringing endorsement. After the loan experience during my Dad's medical emergency, the true colors of these "professionals" showed, and it want blue. It was brown and yellow. As in #1 and #2.
