The member advocate Aaron C Malaney was so kind , polite, and very helpful! This man needs a raise or promotion. This is one reason I'm moving my money here to North country. I had a short conversation with him in yeah I felt like I was talking to a friend. Aaron if we ever get to meet I would definitely have that beer with you! my friend

Tengo días tratándome de comunicarme con el banco y dicen que no hablan español y cuelgan me hicieron un descuento el día 10 y hasta ahora no se ve reflejado en mi tarjeta de crédito sigue hay el dinero y es la cuota de mi camioneta ya no sé cuántas veces más llamar para que puedan ayudarme y yo no puedo ir al banco ya que trabajo y salgo muy tarde me tienen en espera cada vez que llamo y no me ayudan a solucionar

Although my truck loan has a 10 day grace period, for some reason, northcoutry adds next months payments onto the current month, making it look like you owe 2 payments. No where does it say I only owed 1 months payment or gave me the option. Thanks, Northcoutry, for taking 2 months' worth of payments.
