Ms. West is super-nice, very accommodating of my flakiness on our first scheduled appointment (bad me for losing track of time!), and has a very friendly little doggie who just brightens your day :-). My notary task was handled wonderfully and with zero problems. Note that she does tend to answer the phone with a generic "hello," but do press on if you need a notary; she's pretty great!
After finding that Ticor changed their policy at the last minute and would no longer notarize deeds they hadn’t drafted, we were in a panic! Our deed needed to be signed that day.
