My husband received quote from Jeremy. When asked how long before the move we could cancel, Jeremy answered we had 3 days before the moving day to cancel. We did have to cancel and it was within the three days of moving day. We did not receive the deposit because Jeremy then stated it was 3 days after the quote was written! When we called Jeremy he stated (after a long discussion) that he would refund our money. We have not seen the check. This is just bad business! I would not recommend this company!!! Great moving experience with Northcoast. John, Antoine and Mark were great to be with the entire day and took great care of our belongings. Took extra time to make sure everything was in place.
