Absolutely ridiculous! I tried to place an order over email after waiting a week for a response as the website “was down”. Then nothing, a few days later I manage to call for the first time and he takes all my card details and order details and I explain o would like confirmation of the total cost with shipping via email as he couldn’t give me that info over the phone and again I receive nothing. The following day (today) I call again and he says none of the phones work, etc and therefore he’s not going to process the order.... read more
All the right attention to detail you won't find anywhere else. The brothers Griffin really bring expertise, knowledge and know-how to an industry that definitely needs more of all of that.
