Northbrook staff embraces compassionate care for their residents. The staff is not only caring but also incredibly competent. Any slight changes in a residents status are recognized quickly by the nurses and CNAs. Appropriate treatments are put in place right away to prevent repeat trips to the hospital. Northbrook is a gem in the heart of Willits. It's obvious that the nurses, CNAs and entire team truly care about the patients they're taking care of. Every time I come in, I'm greeted by warm smiles and compassionate, devoted humans. Thanks Northbrook for providing our community with a safe space to for people to rehabilitate and get better.
Our school recently visited to sing carols again and had a wonderful experience. The staff and residents were amazing! It’s wonderful to have such a nice facility in our community.
