Ale is a gifted massage therapist and true bodywork professional. I came in just looking for a massage in Fairbanks, but Ale has helped me so much more than I ever expected. RUN, Do not walk! Ale is nothing short of amazing! If you want the "it hurts so good, experience" she is your girl! A pinched nerve brought me in but, I can not wait until I can get in weekly! I went in for a targeted massage that I booked online and just WOW! Seamless experience! 10/10

I cannot recommend Northbound Movement and Massage enough! Ale is a wonderful and caring therapist. She provided me great relief using techniques I have not seen other therapists use.
