Dr Jobacky was absolutely excellent today . He was kind and had a great bedside manner. I feel like he went above and beyond for me as a patient. I wish he was a regular provider to see! Thank you!
Longer than usual wait but the staff more than made up for it with their professionalism and upbeat attitude about the situation.
For someone who works at a service desk, Katie has horrible customer service. The other lady was kind and helpful she directed me to talk to Katie and I wasn’t even greeted with basic eye contact! No smile, no hello, no eye contact just a “what can i do for you” like she couldn’t be bothered. The other workers were pleasant and nice to talk to but Katie just left a bad taste in my mouth.
They won't take you back if you have a kid with you
Courtney and Maria are both so helpful! I’ve had nothing but positive experiences here. The facility is so clean and efficient. Whether you call in for questions or walk-in for an appointment, everyone is very patient and thorough. Exemplary customer service from both the front desk and the clinical team.
