My daughter's phone went in on a Saturday for a one day replacement of battery and charger port. I expected it back on Monday. I was told it would be ready for Monday. There was no mention of it being sent to Southall in London for repair, nor that it would take a week to get back. Their phone is rarely answered and customer service is non existent.
