I’ve been seeing Jane regularly for years now, and I could not recommend her highly enough. Firstly, she is always flexible and willing to book you in whenever she can, which takes the uncertainty away of knowing when you will get your ears unblocked. During my first visit I was basically gifted a new right ear. It was so badly blocked, the new found clarity of hearing following the wax extraction was just outrageous. Jane is an absolute professional and a lovely lady. The process is painless and incredibly satisfying. I urge anyone reading this and in need of such services to book immediately. You will not be disappointed!
I am very impressed with this clinic and the level of care offered by Jane to my elderly (and somewhat nervous) Mother-in-Law. Jane has a very calm and caring manner and progressed with the treatment in a very gentle way - with just enough explanation to reassure rather than overwhelm the person being treated. I had a couple of questions, which were answered in a friendly, professional and thorough manner. An easy whole-hearted recommendation.
I took my elderly mum who has dementia to see Jane as she needed her ears cleaned ahead of an audiology appointment. Jane is amazing. She is so supportive, caring and understanding. Everything was explained, she was really sensitive to how it would feel for mum and took her time so mum had time to process everything. I cannot recommend her enough. Thank you Jane.
I had two blocked ears. I was easily able to make a booking online and I was called in ahead of my appointment time. The treatment I received was quick and efficient and I came out feeling a lot better with a much improved hearing. This isn’t the first time I have been to this ear clinic and I will certainly go back if I have anymore problems in the future.
