North Winds Stove and Fireplace was a tremendous help in getting a local disabled Veteran’s wood stove glass door repaired. Paul explained exactly what needed to be done and directed us in the right direction to get the repairs done. Besides their technical help, they also gave us a generous donation that enabled us to get glass replaced and the family should be able to have the stove up and running this evening. Treated me like family! Great shop
When Paul heard through a local contractor that we had moved into a house belonging to a longtime customer he contacted us and offered to look at the aging gas fireplace insert to be sure it is safe to use. We appreciated that he was familiar with the unit and took the time to provide a "tutorial" for operating it correctly. We look forward to visiting his showroom in the future.
