I called Paul at North Winds Stove and Fireplace on a recommendation from a friend that had one installed in his new house. My house is just over ten years old with an existing chimney and I had no idea how and where a wood stove would be installed. Paul came by and provided all of my best options. He also made a great recommendation with having Hancock Chimney Sweep and Service perform the maintenance and installation of the wood stove. North Winds Stove and Fireplace was a tremendous help in getting a local disabled Veteran’s wood stove glass door repaired. Paul explained exactly what needed to be done and directed us in the right direction to get the repairs done. Besides their technical help, they also gave us a generous donation that enabled us to get glass replaced and the family should be able to have the stove up and running this evening.
