I had my first experience with HBOT last week and I was curious about its use . I did know the importance of oxygen to the health of your body. So was willing to ggive it a try The staff was incredible helpful in prepping you prior to your session . And reassuring of its safety of your session . Expanding New Spa center with very helpful knowledgeable staff! First time to do an ice plunge! Well worth it! Very clean, well maintained, and most importantly all the help and breathing buddy to help silence the mind. Looking forward to trying the mineral bath!
i love the spine spa and everyone was very welcoming and helpful and everything was so soothing and pain releaving.
At first I was skeptical about alternative healing therapies but I can across Francis Performance website and I was intrigued. So I decided to give it a shot see what happens. The staff there was helpful and informative. Tried the cryotherapy and the massage beds and wow what a difference it made! I knew some things about it but wasn't sure. After the session my body felt relaxed and energized like I slept deeply for 8 hours. The pain in my lower back subsided significantly. I am definitely going back
