The staff at Spine Spa was so welcoming. Their mission is to really take care of each person’s individual needs. I felt better after one visit but I really can’t wait to go back!

I had my first experience with HBOT last week and I was curious about its use . I did know the importance of oxygen to the health of your body. So was willing to ggive it a try The staff was incredible helpful in prepping you prior to your session . And reassuring of its safety of your session . I found the session was very relaxing and made me feel very calm . The 30 minutes flew by and before I knew it was over . The result was I felt my breathing had improved and seem to have more energy. Expanding New Spa center with very helpful knowledgeable staff! First time to do an ice plunge! Well worth it! Very clean, well maintained, and most importantly all the help and breathing buddy to help silence the mind. Looking forward to trying the mineral bath!
