This daycare is EXCELLENT. My child was enrolled from 9-months - 3 years. From the director to each teacher and staff - I felt a part of a loving, attuned community. They are organized, communicative, and fun, while instilling discipline and respect. The dynamic curriculum is way better than what my daughter was getting from a nanny or just me :). We have had one daughter at North Williamsburg Kindercare for almost 3 years and our second joined about 4 months ago (and is now 11mos old) and, while nowhere is perfect, we have overall had such a wonderful experience and current leadership is really making strides. The center is well maintained and cleaned. They also have great hours for two parents working outside the home. This review is for the administration of this Kindercare site. I was going to enroll my child here, but due to the exorbitant cost mdecided to pursue another care center. I did not place any deposit. Administration enrolled my son without confirming. I informed the director Saira my child would not be attending. Saira did not cancel my account and billed me $2300. Our son has attended KinderCare since he was 6 months old. We cannot recommend them enough. The facilities are clean and bright. We are also very impressed with the curriculum and activities they do with the infants. He loves Ms. Sam and Ms. Westher, and we see that they love and care about him. As he grows, they work with us and give us recommendations regarding tweaking his feeding and napping schedule to make sure he’s healthy and happy.

Our son has been attending since he was 5 months and we have been incredibly happy. Everyone is friendly and professional and they care deeply about our son. He is so happy to go each day because he loves his friends and teachers and there are always different activities to keep the kids engaged, busy and learning.
