We've used Northwest Tool Repair for a couple of years and he did a good job. However, he has a tool that we gave to him to repair and then he apparently got another job and still has it. This is our Big Milwaukee Metal saw. I spoke with him last year and was assured I would get it back but still haven't seen it.

Dropped off my tool on friday and still have not received any communication from NW tool repair. It is now tuesday, I am going to go back to the shop today and hopefully find out if the business is still open or not. Still no word from anyone at NW tool repair I think they may not be in business anymore. It has been a week now with no contact from nw tool repair I did see a nw tool repair truck on highway 20 this morning at 4:30 this morning. Fyi- this business is now "by appointment only", and does not accept cordless tools. I do not have experience with the quality of his service.

I would give 0 stars but you can't. We dropped off a impact driver for repair, Chris claims to have sent it in. Never got tool back or a word from Chris and now the Business line is disconnected! Last time I checked stealing isn't good Customer service!

The chuck on my electric DeWalt drill snapped off. I stopped by North West Tool Repair and it was fixed within 3 minutes. This guy knows his tools! He was extremely nice and easy going. I will return in the future. Thank you again!!!
