I am beyond grateful for the assistance I received from Housing Partnership. Because of the grant they provided, I was able to complete critical repairs in my home that were truly needed and would have been very difficult to manage otherwise. I like the work that NWHP is in place to do. I sturggled with clear communication. When I brough this issue up; I was met with defense rather than an attempt to clear things up. I also found the process for issues with contractors handled poorly. I shared issues with some of the work completed at my house and rather than try to rectify it, it was explained away.
