Walked in without an appointment, needed a new tube and tire for my roadbike. Provided an estimate and was back out the door completely fixed in 15 minutes! Excellent
Friendly and professional
I was not impressed with this place. We took our son’s bike in for a tuneup on a Saturday. They told me it would be $90 for a basic tuneup & they text me in 24-48 hrs when it was done. 5 days later, I finally got a text that it was ready. When I went to pick it up, the price was $130. When I asked about the price difference they told me it was because the bike needed new tubes. I call a bicycle shop asking about a bottom bracket tool, give you a part number, and your response is, "Yeah I really don't know anything about that." Then hang up the phone on me. Kick rocks bud. I hope your shop goes out of business. Poor customer service.
