My husband has banked years with this bank so far no problems . Have always been helpful .
Not a nice place to bank, I closed my account after using their services for about a month. Not friendly either.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BANK FOR ANY REASON. They closed my acct without a courtesy call, for failing to provide an address that they already had. The day they closed the acct, they accepted a $1400 deposit in check form, from my acct at another bank. The check cleared my acct I wrote it on, but NORTH VALLEY stated the deposit was rejected, but after providing proof that NORTH VALLEY received the funds, they have given me nothing but grief for more than a week. This bank breaks ohio state law and will not notorize non customer documents not a good sign to earn trust
