I ride the bus and I’m speaking from experience even if you’re trying to avoid your kids from being late it’s not worth. The bus in the morning is about always late everyday. The bus driver never has controls over the kids and it can be extremely overwhelming for kids. The bus driver cashes at least multiple times a school year and almost made us tip at a river then they got lost!! I don’t recommend!
They are not a well ran facility. They are rude. They do not tell the truth. Their job is to help children and their parents with transportation to school. I would replace everyone in this business and start of with all knew employee's. It will fix the issues. This department is not doing the community a good service.
Last year they said i was not on a bus and i was self transport and we called and it took forever and i was still self transport my bus driver did not have files for me this year it says my stop is portage THAT IS 10 minutes a way from my house and we said Waynedale so if they don’t let me on ima be mad
Several times the bus has not picked up my grandson. When I call they say bus was there with lights on. Driver is always late, today same. I have called 6 times and services goes straight to voicemail. FW school bus needs to more more responsible people, drivers and office staff.
Terrible transportation service for our children. My daughters bus is late everyday. Sometimes it doesn't even show up. Meanwhile, lazy Americans have access to CitiLinks with 3 stops in a mile distance 🙄 FWCS transportation NEEDS to do better. Bus still hasn't shown up. I've tried calling transportation 5 TIMES this morning. No answer. The school staff knows nothing. Extremely frustrating.
