Tony - if you don’t want to help, just say it. Instead of playing dumb or lying about it. The free parking validation machine is right outside the store, literally 50 meters away from where you work. To say you don’t know and point me to an opposite direction is not nice. If you are truly don’t know, then you clearly has some sort of problem noticing something that is surrounding you. And it doesn’t look like it was your first week working there. Very poor service.
Although the service is usually polite and friendly, today the senior sales assistant appeared distracted and a bit out of sorts. They apparently don't stock the product I went in to look for, so a disappointing visit, today.
