**Stay clear of this place** My mother is currently at this facility, and unfortunately, I have had multiple concerns about the level of care she has received. Where do I even begin? 1. Food: The food is unacceptable, especially when it is delivered. There have even been times when she did not receive a meal tray at all. 2. Medications: My mother has been here for days without medications that she needs, including blood thinners, blood pressure medication, water pills, and pain medication that she was supposed to receive. If you need to live somewhere other than your own home, North Star Ranch is the place to go. I have been treated very well by the staff. All the staff is very good, but Wendy and Shay take exceptional care of me. I would definitely recommend North Star Ranch when you need a nursing home.

North Star Ranch is a great place to live if you need this type of setting. Everyone is very friendly. They have caring staff members who are concerned with the residents' safety and well being. There are always lots of activities to do to keep you from being bored. I would definitely recommend this nursing home. As a matter of fact, my wife was also here a few years ago.
