The staff members are extremely sweet and professional. This center really does go above my expectations. It's not often you find good centers anymore, and it's very reassuring to have one so close to home for my loved one in this time of need. Thanks North Star. You really are coming through for us. Beautiful home, very friendly staff. All my questions were answered promptly. Salina very approachable and friendly., she definitely made Northstar stand out from other nursing homes I have visited, I feel confident placing my family member here.
Northstar has such a home-like environment. I love the size and that you can really get to know people there. It truly is like a family. Ms Salena takes the time to listen and care.
