Albert has been great ! The facility is always clean and Albert is always helpful and friendly! I would recommend North Star to everyone!
My name is Mindy and I have had a storage unit for about 10 yrs at the Burnsville location. Through out these years Albert has always been very helpful in giving me even courtesy calls as my billing date approaches. As payments can be easily missed due to busy life! Recently I had a emergency vacate out of a situation and called Albert to ask him if he had any availability. Best storage I have ever had. The units are safe and clean. There are free carts to easily move your stuff. Reasonable prices and so friendly. I was at my lowest and they helped me find the correct size I needed and made it a breeze to change units as I downsized. The last two years would have been way harder if I was at any other storage place. I highly recommend having your stuff here. You will be in great hands.
