MANAGER/ OLD LADY UPFRONT VERY RUDE AND IGNORANT HAVE BEEN RENTING FOR OVER A YR AND JUST CANCELLED MY STORAGE WITH THEM ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE POC VERY SAD TO SAY THE LEAST
Ken at Burnsville location was AMAZING! I got a beautiful unit, and Ken was extremely helpful and showed me how to do everything. Very informative and respectful. And fast. He made this experience easy and fun. Highly recommend this facility , it's beautiful

We have been using Northstar Mini Storage in Burnsville since 20012. It is in a great location, always clean, and the staff accommodating and friendly. We came in from Florida for a wedding this weekend and had to clean out one storage unit and move things into a smaller one. Alfred was very helpful in accommodating this move, he is a real credit to North Star MiniI Storage. CWelmer
