I love the North Star. Always efficient and fast. Has friendly staff and always willing to help.
Really good customer service an amazing people
You’re better off leaving your money in a box on the side of the road than to bank here. Not only did they screw up my loans and charge me $5,500 for insurance, they have declined mobile deposit even after I called to verify what I needed to do to use it they still reject checks when using the mobile deposit. Overall this place doesn’t care about its members or customer service.
