I blew a head gasket on my way home from work, which is an hr away, bummer. I called the company, they answer right away, which is much appreciated. Gave me a price which is very reasonable tow. I had to wait a bit, it’s fine. The staff/driver is extremely friendly and engaging, great customer service. I will definitely call them again, if needed.
We reached out to North and South to have a truck, trailer, and cargo recovered and towed 40 miles away. Everyone was super nice, from the initial friendly call for pricing and timing to the driver dropping off our equipment. Super professional and prompt. Thank you!
They refused to allow me to enter my motor home to get my medicine. It was a Friday and they were near closing. They said I had to wait till Monday. Do you know what it's like to be without your medication for 3 days. When my husband went back 2 weeks later, items were stolen out of our motor home. Insurance company told me to make a report to police before I could claim the loss. I feel they were unprofessional. Would never recommend them.
