Terrible attitude. Stealing money!
Staff all friendly and polite. I was able to book in easily and was seen quickly and on time.
My wife filled in the contact form... No reply! Great from a business that's involved in communication.... Sadly, not the only ear clinic offering the same poor response.
We made an appointment for my husband to have wax removal for which there was a cost. This procedure was not needed but we were advised a full hearing test was, we returned a week later for a free test, it was on the visit we were told my husband needed hearing aids following extensive testing. My husband has a dementia and I am now his carer, on hearing the cost for the average pair of hearing aids I was very shocked and asked about NHS provision The audiologist who had worked both NHS & now private told me current waiting ... read more
