They show up on their website as BC211 as they have empty beds and when you call it says go back and call 211 what is this can someone explain this?
There's one or two staff members that are great. They seem very sincere and always willing to help. But that's just 2 members out of about 15 workers and cleaners. Now I haven't actually stayed there myself but my girlfriend and a couple of other friends do stay there. So by visiting there at all hours of the day to help out my ex or just being there for support. I've gotten to see the unprofessional ethics and practices of the staff. I went in today to see if I could find an acquaintance. A sign says to check in, but there was no one at the wicket near the door. Around the corner at the other 2 wickets, the staff didn't even glance up. One way to get attention is to break the rules, so I went into the common area - my friend wasn't there. It 6. The reason why I give this place a 5star is because they treated me well with respect and I did the same for them. I was treated as an equal at the time when I was there back 2020. They helped me a lot even helped me into a mild independence program as well. They made sure to do midnight check just to make sure everyone is okay and sleeping well.
