Kind and caring staff who design a case plan with you to Help you stabilize yourself. Its unfortunately plagued by horrible building maintenance, and normal everyday homeless people having to deal with aggressive violent addicts in the community and shelter. The main problem lies in the integration of homeless mentally ill and addicts, where they should be separate and not feed off of each other's issues.

They show up on their website as BC211 as they have empty beds and when you call it says go back and call 211 what is this can someone explain this?
There's one or two staff members that are great. They seem very sincere and always willing to help. But that's just 2 members out of about 15 workers and cleaners. Now I haven't actually stayed there myself but my girlfriend and a couple of other friends do stay there. So by visiting there at all hours of the day to help out my ex or just being there for support. I've gotten to see the unprofessional ethics and practices of the staff.
