bought a hardwired remote keypad from them. only to find out that only keypad was shipping. I needed all the other hardware in order to make it work. customer service was not helpful. all they said was that the parts I was looking for / needed was no longer available. it was like having a car with NO tires... going Nowhere. they show the parts I needed on line.
Excellent result using DuraSeal from North Shore. Well made here in USA. Their customer service respond very quick and without hesitation after submit an issue. For a DIY the result are excellent and the product pretty robust. I will recommend!
It’s hard to believe that a company would make it almost impossible to contact customer service and get assistance with a $400 order. After calling, filling out there online forms and sending in photos and trying to contact ANYBODY ! I give up. You lost another customer. There premium EPDM door seal has shrunk over two inches in eight feet in just six months! Never seen anything like this before. Terrible customer service. They avoid phone calls, are slow to respond to emails, and seem like they will do anything to beat around the bush and avoid granting my return authorization despite their own stated 30-day return policy. Brutal.
