Excellent result using DuraSeal from North Shore. Well made here in USA. Their customer service respond very quick and without hesitation after submit an issue. For a DIY the result are excellent and the product pretty robust. I will recommend!
It’s hard to believe that a company would make it almost impossible to contact customer service and get assistance with a $400 order. After calling, filling out there online forms and sending in photos and trying to contact ANYBODY ! I give up. You lost another customer. Terrible customer service. They avoid phone calls, are slow to respond to emails, and seem like they will do anything to beat around the bush and avoid granting my return authorization despite their own stated 30-day return policy. Brutal.
I needed the bottom seal for a Stanley Garage Door in an extremely short time frame. North Shore rushed the shipping and I had the seal the next day. The seal installed easily and fit perfectly.
