I want to thank NSCR for saving my ass when enterprise cancelled my reservation last minute Christmas week. they provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to resolve a major glitch on a Sunday morning, The Toyota sienna did not start. Called and they sent, Wally, their mechanic, who came and towed the car to his shop, relaced the starter and returned the van to the house, all on a Sunday. Thank you NSCR and Wally the mechanic

I needed a car on short notice for the holiday weekend. Everywhere else was an absolute nightmare, but North Shore Car Rental was a life saver. Very reasonable rates, and excellent service throughout the whole process.

BEST car Rental when you need a PROPER car for the road test!! VEHICLE was in top shape,people are so friendly! However,they fail to tell you,if you use pay pal..you don't see your deposit for 21 days! So have a MAJOR credit card and NOT an online account! I was told when they took my money "it'll only be for two days"..two days go by."sometimes 3 to four days".. you should've been honest from the start...Was also supposed to be $200..they tacked on for so many "fees" that it cost doubled that,and I had the car for only 24 h... read more
