Came in from a ride to get my brakes fixed - Chris was super prompt, friendly, and fairly priced. Loved the personal feel of the shop! I'll be back for sure. 2025 Update: I moved to the North Shore and these guys are now my local shop. Turnaround time is fantastic (they called me back 3 hours later, after a brake bleed and pad change, that it was ready for pickup), super friendly staff. Friendly, knowledgeable, always do their best to accommodate, don’t mind you asking stupid questions and don’t sell you items or services you don’t need. Also, transparent and reasonable prices. Been going here for 5 years and in my view, the best bike shop around.
NSBS is fookin awesome! They ride the Shore and know exactly what you need - they keep on top of the sometimes confusing cacophony of new components, new standards and new bikes, cutting through the chatter to give real world recommendations.
