Needed to get my headset cups replaced at the last minute, so I called North Shore Bike Shop as soon as they opened. They told me to pop in right away and they’d get it sorted. I dropped the bike off that morning and was really impressed by how friendly and welcoming everyone was. They even offered for me to stay and watch while they did the job, which was a great touch. They fit me in on very short notice and they were very busy the staff and team were very nice and explained the problem I had and got it fixed quickly the price is very reasonable.
