North Shore Bank did not protect me in two fraudulant charges worth $4049. At first Casey Stone said i had 6 months to dispute the charges . Then she called the next day and said it was only 60 days. She made me fax the information to Capital One knowing they are the ones that have to communicate with another bank. The whole time they guide me in the wrong direction. This is the slowest North Shore Branch. I’ve never had an experience here that took less that 15 minutes - for something as simple as a deposit. I don’t know if it is understaffing, tellers that are not tech savvy, or (and I hate to say this) older employees that are just SLOW. But it’s a serious problem and is not efficient in cases of emergency or in general for customers that just need to make quick transactions.
