This branch is extremely courteous and helpful every time I have been there.
Been banking with them for years but lately been on the fence about switching. They closed early one day without notice and I arrived 7 minutes before their closing time. They stared at me and never opened the door. They closed again today and whoever their customer service rep is- JoAnn- needs more training. She was extremely rude and seemed to be having a difficult time working under pressure. I signed up for the over draft protection plan and they are completely ignoring it! They don't care about the customer at all. All they care about it money! Absolutely the worst customer service.
