assistant manager mayra had a weird attitude towards me over wanting a same day debit card because i lost mine. she was stating how people are now “to spoiled” and can just come in and get one and not have to wait anymore and brought up on how they try not to charge people over wanting a new debit card? strange interaction and definitely won’t be back not that she would care but still disappointing as this is my bank.

This branch is extremely courteous and helpful every time I have been there.
Been banking with them for years but lately been on the fence about switching. They closed early one day without notice and I arrived 7 minutes before their closing time. They stared at me and never opened the door. They closed again today and whoever their customer service rep is- JoAnn- needs more training. She was extremely rude and seemed to be having a difficult time working under pressure.
