Five-star service from Jonathan! I felt terrible walking in 5 minutes before closing time, but he was great and immediately put me at ease. He took all the time needed to set up my new account and explained all the terms and banking details very patiently. He even stayed for over an hour after the branch had officially closed to ensure everything was done correctly. This level of dedication deserves high praise!
Just left and if could give zero stars I would. The minute I walked through the door, I have an older lady extremely obnoxious ask me several times if I needed help. I could barley catch my breath. I told her I was signing my name on the check and she stood there hoovering over me. There is such thing as personal space! I haven't had any problems in the past with Northshore Bank but the bank in Middleton is by far unpleasant and unwelcoming. Would not recommend.
Associates are very pleasant and very welcoming, only complaint was google stated they opened at 8:30am but when I arrived they opened at 10am so I had to come back later in the day. Other than that it’s always a great and easy experience here
