This is the best bank I’ve banked at. I’m always warmly greeted by the staff, Kelly, Lisa, Lexi, and Anna. I have never had an issue here and have recommended it to multiple friends who agree. The ladies here are extremely helpful and polite, and are always there to explain anything I don’t understand. There is another review here that is just hatful and untrue. If you’re thinking of banking here, please go talk to Kelly who is the supervisor and anything you need to know she’ll explain to you! Great Bank!!
If I could leave 0 starts I would ! I’ve banked with Northshore for 7+ Years everything was fine other than issues with the app from time to time but recently when I went into the North Side Branch in Racine WI and needed assistance with my direct deposit not being deposited into my account, the branch rep Kelly was there who claimed to be the manager / supervisor was extremely rude and unprofessional when I asked her for a simple request she refused to help me in any way .
