I needed to deposit money into my Mother's account. Simple cash deposit. (she's banked through them for 30ish years) I had the account number I didn't want a receipt nor was I asking for any information. I just needed to deposit money. As my mother lives out of town and is/was in a bind financially. My mother is 80 and knows nothing about technology & owns a cheap flip phone so no access to Internet. I like the credit card rules they have. They have set limits on it. So someone else stole your card they can only go get what you have set it for. There vary helpful with any program you have.
