Just overall poor bank. So many random rules in place for what seems to be little to no reason behind them. Also very poor communication and explanations from the staff, they seemingly didn't know why what I was experiencing was happening. Got a check from insurance that was notified to have gotten deposited into my account. The deposit could be seen on the insurance companies end, and their app, along with the deposit seen on my banking app. However, the money seemingly did not go into my account.
