Ryan is super nice and all of the staff on the weekends. They are all super friendly and accommodating!!!!
While I love the people, I'm not fond of short hrs & now I'm being forced to get a new phone just to make mobile deposits. No notice, No choice, just Nope! It should be My Choice which app to use. Ughhh or get me a bonus/ discount to use for phone.

the the fact that they have a 2.2 stars on Google says it all. They are a joke and that's being on the nice side. How is this Bank even still functioning. Worst customer service. Worst online user interface problem after problem. Didn't refund me after there confirmation texts never got sent to me when out of state . Finally switched banks and God am I happy.
