Excellent customer service.
Called and asked about CDs and the staff was awesome ! They were all so sweet and patient, I could tell they actually care for their clients.
Was really worried because I had to open up a new account and didn’t know where to go so I started shopping around. This location made me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in. Blanca was amazing and fantastic. She made me feel listened to, and she really took her time to explain the benefits of opening up an account here. Was a wonderful and pleasant help will be returning again.
I have banked with them for 26 years, the tellers are the best! I miss the location in Lake in the Hills but travel to McHenry because of the excellent service. My 2 Sons are also customers.
Everyone here is super friendly and welcoming! They were all super helpful as well. This will definitely be my new home bank
