So I drive specifically for this branch. I’m so sad they closed the one in lake in the hills, but the staff are amazing here. I am a question lady, and everyone has taken the time to speak with me and my Husband. We have multiple accounts and they always let us know about promotions that would benefit us and our kiddos too! I’ve worked with Blanca and Theresa and they are simply the best. I trust them and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Had a terrific stress and worry free experience at the north shore bank in McHenry Illinois. The staff was super polite and helpful. Especially Blanca, she went out of her way to answer all my questions and put me at ease when open green light cards for my kids.
