Predatory behavior. Gave my housing association a term sheet for a loan with a guaranteed rate window, then despite us applying weeks before the window closed, told us they were pulling the original offer in order to raise rates. The guaranteed window was a lie and the moving deadline was a total bait and switch so they could jack up the rates. Do business with caution.

Run from this bank! They are very adversarial to their customers, and their fees are significantly more than other banks. As a POA for my dads estate they were rude, cruel, uncooperative and sarcastic when I was trying to close accounts after his death. These attitudes have been my experience every time I have dealt with them over the last 5 years dealing with both my parents accounts as their POA.
