Amy’s approach to acupuncture treatment begins with a thorough and detailed conversation about health issues. She is compassionate and generous with her time and extensive knowledge. At the end of the day after the first appointment she sent me a detailed email outlining suggestions for steps I could take to improve my health. She also gave me breathing exercises and nutritional suggestions. She followed up the acupuncture treatment with a vibrational sound therapy session.
