This daycare is AMAZING!!! If you want to feel like you are dropping your child off with family, this is the place to go! My daughter has been here almost her whole life and every classroom has been great! The teachers are all wonderful in different ways! She is currently in the 4’s preschool classroom, couldn’t be happier about the curriculum & she will definitely be advanced starting Kindergarten next fall! Seriously love this place & everyone here!!!

I will just be honest, if you care about your child's well-being, I wouldn't send them to this location- we not only experienced discrimination but unsanitary and negligence towards our child. They are short staffed and one of the teachers used profanity language in front of my child and my child came home and told me about it. The director didn't mention anything to us and we just assessed the situation for few days and noticed change in the care and my child started to refuse to go to daycare out of nowhere. This KinderCare is what I always imagined a daycare should be. We went here originally because there was an opening and quickly felt so at home. We tried another daycare that was closer to us but after a few months found ourselves coming back here, even though it’s 15 minutes further. The staff and teachers do such a good job with each family, our child who now goes to a preschool, still asks about his old school and misses it.

My daughter has a great experience there.l for 18 months. Staff is flexible with our schedule and has left a positive impression on our daughter. She still asks about her “old” school and the teachers that she misses

We had an incredible experience at KinderCare North Schaumburg for a little over two years. We loved the activities and the way the center engages families and caregivers as part of a close-knit community. They're very organized and detail-oriented, which brings HUGE peace of mind to those of us with little ones. Although we left KinderCare a few months ago when our kiddo started "big kid" school, there's not a day that goes by when he doesn’t shout out, "I love you, KinderCare!
