Don’t go to this bank to get any type of loans. The Asst. retail operations manager Nichole Hollingsworth is what I would call a retail joke. Her lack of customer service and not having a clue where our funds is just the icing one the cake.
They are absolute crooks I was scammed by an online loan company, I was given 2 checks as part of the loan and the bank should have put a 2 day hold to make sure checks would clear and the didn’t. So now they to my whole paycheck and flat out stole my wife’s $2,000. Paycheck and left us with no money knowing we had utilities to pay, no food for my kids and didn’t care a bit it was there fault and didn’t take any responsibility they get my paycheck for years they could have took payments not everything and leave me broke and ... read more
