7/5/24 Update: I just discovered from another reviewer that Board Member Jeff Thompson voted for the Indiana Freedom of Religious Act. An attorney we consulted with said he couldn’t imagine they’d sue us for these exorbitant charges. He was wrong. In July of 2020 my partner and I put out primary non income producing residence in a land trust with North Salem and Tina Lear. Have been with NSSB for over twenty years. I transferred to Washington,DC. Stayed with my little bank. Retired to Pennsylvania, stayed with my little bank. I love getting a real person to answer the phone on the second ring and getting something resolved in two minutes. I am forever true to NSSB.
In July of 2020 we put out primary non income producing residence in a land trust with North Salem and Tina Lear. Tina informed me the charges would be minimal because we paid the property taxes etc. Tri County was the bank we had before they closed their trust department and they never even sent us a bill. Fast forward to a year later and we receive an outrageous bill FOR OVER $900!!! They even charged us over $200 for driving past our house!! Excellent service, extremely helpful and friendly staff. Superb fraud department! Honestly I can't say enough about the priceless experience with this bank. They have gone above and beyond their duties to protect my identity!!! This is unfortunately a problem many people are having because of internet hacking! You can't go wrong with this bank, they stand firm and always have your back!!! Thank you NSSB!!!
