Horrible customer service and business practices. After purchasing thousands of dollars in running trim with an acceptable result (some issues with them not shipping the requested lengths, therefore incurring unnecessary waste), we ordered select cypress to construct faux beams as a central feature in the house. The wood that was delivered was absolutely warped (most was warped 0.75" - 1.5" in a single board), knotty and some pieces were even split.
